Former Terex CFO Beats SEC Fraud Accusations

Law360, New York (December 21, 2010, 4:01 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission against the former chief financial officer of a construction equipment manufacturer who allegedly helped United Rentals Inc. inflate its profits through a fraudulent accounting scheme.
