Investors Ask 2nd Circ. To Revive Moody's, S&P Claims

Law360, New York (January 11, 2011, 5:04 PM ET) -- Lawyers for investors burned by mortgage-backed securities told the Second Circuit on Tuesday that they should be able to sue Moody's Investors Service Inc. and Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC over the losses because the agencies helped engineer the securities.
