Citgo To Fight $1.7M 7-Eleven Deal In MTBE Case

Law360, New York (February 01, 2011, 3:03 PM ET) -- Citgo Petroleum Corp. said Tuesday it would object to a possible $1.7 million deal between 7-Eleven Inc. and the Orange County Water District in the multidistrict litigation over groundwater contamination from gasoline additive methyl tertiary-butyl ether.
