Pa. Hospital Antitrust Suit Stayed For High Court

Law360, New York (February 1, 2011, 8:04 PM EST) -- A federal judge has stayed an antitrust battle involving the two largest hospital operators in Pittsburgh and a health insurer, claiming that the U.S. Supreme Court is “reasonably likely” to take up the case.

Judge Arthur J. Schwab of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania issued the stay Monday.
