Home Depot Asst. Managers' OT Action Decertified

Law360, New York (February 16, 2011, 8:08 PM EST) -- A federal judge has decertified a class of some 1,500 Home Depot USA Inc. assistant managers who claim the retailer denies them overtime pay.
