BearingPoint Wants $47M Contract Suit Stayed For Now

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 3:13 PM EST) -- Technology consulting firm BearingPoint Inc. is seeking to stay a suit against the U.S. Department of the Interior over a canceled contract and the DOI's attempted recovery of $47 million in reprocurement costs, saying an earlier suit and the company's bankruptcy case should take precedence.
