2nd Auto Light Exec To Plead Guilty To Price-Fixing

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 5:29 PM EDT) -- A second former executive at a replacement auto lights distributor has agreed to plead guilty to price-fixing in a California federal court, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Tuesday.

Prosecutors filed a one-count information against Chien Chung Chen in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Tuesday, accusing him of participating in a global price-fixing conspiracy.
