Apple, Google, Others Sued Over Smartphone Tech

Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 1:26 PM EDT) -- H-W Technology LC on Wednesday accused Apple Inc., Microsoft Corp., Google Inc., eBay Inc., Expedia Inc., Nokia Corp. and more than two dozen others in a Texas federal court of infringing its patent covering a method for purchasing items from retailers on a smartphone.
