Ace Seeks To Avoid Coverage In Quanta Wildfire Suit

Law360, New York (April 18, 2011, 2:36 PM ET) -- Ace Property and Casualty Insurance Co. sued Quanta Services Inc. and an electrical-contractor subsidiary in Texas on Friday, seeking a ruling that it does not have to cover the companies in legal actions over California wildfires in 2007.
