NY Court Curbs Diesel Emission Regs For Contractors

Law360, New York (April 22, 2011, 8:27 PM ET) -- The Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court on Thursday reined in the state's rules for diesel emissions from vehicles used by contractors, finding their scope did not extend to subcontractors.
