Longtime Delaware Judge To Step Down

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 6:00 PM ET) -- After spending more than two decades shaping corporate law and presiding over high-profile shareholder disputes, Delaware Chancery Court Chancellor William B. Chandler III said Monday he was ready to head back to the private sector.

Chancellor Chandler, who will step down from the bench on June 17, is currently discussing job prospects with several global law firms specializing in corporate law.
