Law360, New York (June 03, 2011, 1:21 PM ET) -- A California county sought permission Thursday to hand the U.S. evidence uncovered in a proposed class action — tossed by the U.S. Supreme Court in March — claiming major drugmakers violated pricing agreements with the federal government by overcharging clinics serving the poor.
