Macrovision Disputes Inequitable Conduct Claim

Law360, New York (May 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Digital content protection firm Macrovision Corp. is continuing its skirmish with rival InterTrust Technologies Corp. in court following the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s declaration that Macrovision was the first to invent certain technology for managing online downloads.

Macrovision asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California for partial summary judgment of no equitable conduct on Tuesday in response to InterTrust’s summary judgment motion of inequitable conduct on May 7.
