Objections Stack Up Against Collins & Aikman Plan

Law360, New York (May 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With a June 5 confirmation hearing looming, objections to bankrupt Collins & Aikman's reorganization plan continue to trickle into bankruptcy court.

As many as five parties have filed objections with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in the last week or so, alleging the plan doesn't ensure their claims or needs to be amended to reflect negotiations between the auto maker and some of its creditors, among other things.
