Auto Lighting Consumers Get Class Cert. In Antitrust MDL

Law360, Los Angeles (July 25, 2011, 9:25 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday certified a class of direct purchasers of aftermarket automotive lighting products in multidistrict litigation accusing the products' manufacturers of colluding to fix prices.
