Ex-MediSys CEO Made Up Lawmakers' Consulting Gigs: US

CEO David Rosen fabricated consulting positions for two New York legislators to conceal bribes for favors in the state government — including help with acquiring a new hospital — a federal prosecutor contended during closing arguments Friday.
