Chapman & Cutler Snags Akerman Public Finance Pro

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 6:08 PM EDT) -- Chapman and Cutler LLP announced Monday that it had expanded its public finance practice group with the addition of a former Akerman Senterfitt LLP partner with experience in government-assisted residential development, municipal securities, financial insurance and public-private partnerships.

Robert M. Drillings, who previously served as senior vice president and general counsel for the New York State Housing Finance Agency, joined the firm's New York office.
