Law360, Los Angeles (September 20, 2011, 3:11 PM ET) -- Sportswear maker Adidas America Inc. on Monday asked an Oregon federal judge to find that nutrition products maker Herbalife International Inc. breached a provision of the companies’ 1998 trademark settlement agreement by using Herbalife’s tri-leaf logo without putting its name nearby.
