GAO Says Nukes Agency Should Flesh Out Contracts Plan

Law360, Chicago (September 21, 2011, 6:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office said Tuesday that the National Nuclear Security Administration needs to better define and evaluate its cost-cutting and efficiency-boosting plan to consolidate contracts at its nuclear weapons facilities.
