Solyndra Cleared To Auction Assets In October

Law360, Wilmington (September 27, 2011, 2:23 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Tuesday cleared embattled solar panel maker Solyndra Inc. to auction its assets despite objections from unsecured creditors that the process is moving too swiftly to guarantee the highest possible bid.
