Big Banks Want Hedge Funds' $100M Enron Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 12:17 PM ET) -- Barclays PLC, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and other financial heavy-hitters asked a Texas federal court on Tuesday to dismiss several Canadian hedge funds' $100 million lawsuit accusing them of aiding the fraud that led to Enron Corp.'s collapse and sent its executives to prison.
