Sens., Solar Cos. Seek Duties On Chinese Cell Imports

Law360, Washington (October 19, 2011, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A coalition of seven solar technology companies and Oregon's U.S. senators have asked the U.S. Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission to formally find that China is dumping and illegally subsidizing its solar products, the group said Wednesday.
