ITC Keeps Duties On Washers From China, Taiwan

Law360, San Diego (November 3, 2011, 6:38 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission voted Thursday to keep in place existing anti-dumping duties on helical spring lock washers from China and Taiwan, finding that lifting the tariffs would likely harm the U.S. industry.

All six commissioners agreed to keep the current anti-dumping duty order on lock washer imports from China, while four commissioners voted to preserve the anti-dumping duty order on imports of the product from Taiwan.
