10th Circ. Upholds Perjury Conviction Of ClearOne CFO

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 5:20 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit on Tuesday upheld the perjury conviction of former ClearOne Communications Inc. Chief Financial Officer Susie Strohm for her role in an alleged scheme to inflate the technology company's revenue through questionable shipping agreements and boost its stock price.

Strohm was convicted in Utah federal court of one count of perjury in March 2009 and sentenced to two years probation.
