Law360, New York (November 09, 2011, 2:31 PM ET) -- Health care real estate investment trust HCP Inc. will pay $125 million more to end a Kentucky lawsuit alleging it misled investors and interfered with competitor Ventas Inc.'s acquisition of another REIT, bringing the total payout to nearly $228 million, the defendant said Wednesday.
