Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 2:20 PM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission asked a Texas federal court Tuesday to order sports and entertainment billionaire Mark Cuban, accused by the regulator of insider trading, to produce a log of documents that he claims are protected from disclosure.
