Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 4:38 PM ET) -- A New York magistrate judge on Tuesday appointed a special master to iron out various discovery disputes in consolidated class actions accusing several investment firms of negligently funneling hundreds of millions of dollars in pension funds to imprisoned fraudster Bernard L. Madoff.
John J.
