Adidas Heads To Trial In Pared Down 'We Not Me' Suit

Law360, New York (January 03, 2012, 3:21 PM ET) -- An Oregon federal judge on Thursday partially tossed a licensing company’s trademark infringement suit against Adidas AG and the National Basketball Association Inc.'s marketing arm over their "We Not Me" advertising campaign, but sent unfair competition claims to trial.
