Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 8:22 PM ET) -- Former customers of MF Global Holdings Ltd.’s brokerage unit were told Thursday that the trustee overseeing its Securities Investor Protection Act liquidation doesn't have current plans for another distribution of their money from the failed firm.
One-time MF Global Inc. customers received that news from a representative of SIPA trustee James Giddens during a meeting in New York to update them on the claims process and the court-mandated liquidation, according to Kent Jarrell, a spokesman for the trustee.
