Ex-Ocean Tomo Exec Can't Share Confidential Info: Judge

Law360, New York (February 7, 2012, 3:53 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday barred an ex-managing director of Ocean Tomo LLC from divulging confidential information amid claims by the patent capital company that the former employee breached a confidentiality agreement and stole trade secrets. 

U.S. District Judge James V. Selna granted intellectual property merchant bank Ocean Tomo’s motion for a temporary restraining order, forcing defendant Steven Lee to give up all data and files allegedly copied and stolen from a company laptop.
