Law360, New York (February 07, 2012, 3:53 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday barred an ex-managing director of Ocean Tomo LLC from divulging confidential information amid claims by the patent capital company that the former employee breached a confidentiality agreement and stole trade secrets.
