Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 9:30 PM ET) -- Former vice chairman for MacAndrews & Forbes LLC Donald Drapkin and MacAndrews billionaire head Ron Perelman ended their dispute over a separation agreement Thursday, weeks after a grand jury handed Drapkin a $16 million judgment.
According to U.S. District Judge Paul G. Gardephe’s order, the parties “agree that there was a substantive error in the judgment and that the judgment should be vacated.”
