2nd Circ. Nixes Ex-Credit Agricole Worker’s 2nd Trial

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 7:22 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday said a New York federal judge had overstepped his authority by granting a second trial to a Credit Agricole SA analyst who claimed a former supervisor made disparaging comments to another company that prevented him from getting a job.
