NY Casino Developers Hit With $1.5B Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (March 8, 2012, 3:53 PM EST) -- As two major casino developers prepared to submit a proposal for a $600 million entertainment complex in upstate New York later in the week, rival Concord Associates LP filed a $1.5 billion lawsuit Wednesday claiming the developers are on a quest to create a casino monopoly.
