Alleged LulzSec Member Cops To Hacking Sony Pictures

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 9:32 PM EDT) -- An alleged member of hacker group LulzSec pled guilty in California federal court Thursday to charges he helped steal confidential information from Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc.'s computer systems last year.

Cody Andrew Kretsinger of Arizona pled guilty to conspiracy and unauthorized impairment of a protected computer. He remains on bail until his July 26 sentencing, when he faces up to 15 years in prison.
