Mylan Fights FDA On Teva's Provigil Market Rights

Law360, Washington (April 18, 2012, 6:14 PM ET) -- Mylan Inc. asked a federal judge Wednesday to block the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's decision giving Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. 180-day exclusivity to market a generic version of Provigil, arguing Teva and its affiliate Cephalon Inc. had worked together to stymie generic competition of the Cephalon sleep disorder drug.
