Schumer Blasts Calls To Limit Biz Method Review Program

Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., who wrote the provision in the patent reform law allowing for special reviews of some business method patents, urged the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office earlier this month to let the program cover a wide range of patents and rejected calls to limit its scope.
