Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 3:55 PM ET) -- Universal Studios Inc. has sued film production company The Global Asylum Inc. over plans to release an alleged knockoff of the upcoming movie “Battleship” that Universal says violates copyright laws, according to a filing made public Wednesday.
