Unocal, Lario Can't Duck 3rd-Party Superfund Cleanup Claims

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 6:25 PM ET) -- An Oklahoma federal judge declined Friday to dismiss third-party environmental cleanup claims against Union Oil Co. of California and Lario Oil & Gas Co., rejecting their arguments that Atlantic Richfield Co. and Arco Environmental Remediation LLC had failed to state a claim.
