LG Unit Dropped From Cathode Ray Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 1:14 PM ET) -- An LG Electronics Inc. unit was dropped Friday from an antitrust multidistrict litigation in California federal court brought by several major electronics retailers, including Best Buy Co. Inc. and Sears Roebuck and Co., over an alleged price-fixing scheme for cathode ray tubes.
