Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 2:28 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday again refused to certify a class of auto owners who allege State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. and other insurers violated antitrust law by selling inferior repair parts to policyholders.
