Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 1:16 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday granted Apple Inc.’s bid for sanctions against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. in a portion of their sprawling patent war, finding Samsung violated a court order requiring it to hand over source code for its touch-screen devices.
