Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 7:40 PM ET) -- A Washington federal judge on Monday refused to dismiss two American ferrosilicon producers from a suit claiming they conspired with other domestic companies to dupe trade regulators into imposing duties on Brazilian exporters.
The case was revived by the D.C. Circuit in February after being dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, but defendants CC Metals & Alloys Inc. and Elkem Metals Inc. said the appeals court's opinion shouldn't have revived the case against them.
