Apple, Samsung IP Claims Could Use Another Trim, Judge Says

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 4:56 PM ET) -- The California federal judge overseeing Apple Inc.'s patent and trade dress suit accusing Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. of copying the iPhone and iPad said Thursday that the case should be narrowed further, even though both sides have already agreed to pare their claims.
