Toyota Loses Bid To Nix Acceleration Case From State Queue

Law360, Los Angeles (June 8, 2012, 10:24 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Friday remanded a lawsuit previously selected as the second bellwether trial in consolidated state court litigation over unintended acceleration in Toyota Motor Corp. vehicles, nixing Toyota’s effort to remove the case from a queue of key trials set to begin Nov. 1.
