Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 2:58 PM ET) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge has issued an initial determination that tape library manufacturer BDT AG didn't infringe two patents belonging to Overland Storage Inc. covering data storage system technology, Overland said Thursday.
However, the ITC administrative law judge also determined that both of Overland’s patents at issue are valid, Overland says.
