Manhattan Deli Gets OK To Serve 'Heart Attack' Sandwiches

Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Manhattan's famous Second Avenue Deli can use “heart attack” names for two sandwiches claimed by Las Vegas' notorious Heart Attack Grill LLC, a federal judge ruled Thursday after the two came to a deal in court.

U.S. District Judge Paul E. Engelmayer said Second Avenue Deli can use the names of two sandwiches — the Instant Heart Attack and Triple Bypass — in its Kosher Manhattan eatery despite Heart Attack Grill's claim on the names.
