White & Case Adds Dewey Energy M&A Partner In Beijing

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 1:27 PM EDT) -- A veteran mergers and acquisitions attorney who specializes in energy deals has left foundering law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and joined White & Case LLP as a partner in the firm's Beijing office, White & Case said Tuesday.

Tao Lan, previously a Dewey partner in Beijing, will handle White & Case's corporate transactional work in China and also look to broaden its global M&A capabilities, the firm said. Prior to joining Dewey, Lan was a partner at King & Wood Mallesons.
