FDA Drug Approvals Will Slow In 2012, Report Says

Law360, Washington (July 26, 2012, 5:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration will approve fewer prescription drugs this year than in 2011 as drugmakers send fewer applications to the regulator and late-stage candidates stumble, according to a Fitch Ratings report released Wednesday.
