Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 3:29 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Wednesday rejected a woman's claims that she was fired from a Minnesota medical device company in retaliation for her complaints about possible kickbacks and alleged use of competitors' internal data, saying her firing could be explained by subpar job performance.
