Texas Court Backs Alcohol Commission In Bar License Dispute

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 2:32 PM EDT) -- A Texas appellate court on Wednesday overturned a trial court decision in finding that the state's alcohol commission didn't abuse its discretion when it revoked a bar's license and that the trial court overstepped its boundaries by remanding the dispute back to the agency.
